GÜLAY GÜNEY
Gülay Güney completed her law studies at the University of Erlangen/Nuremberg in 2007 and the subsequent legal traineeship at the District Court of Nuremberg/Furth in 2010, with the successful completion of the second state examination in law.
Since 2014, Gülay Güney is acting as a registered member of the Izmir Bar Association, registered mediator in the Turkish Mediation Association and German-speaking trusted lawyer at the German Embassy in Izmir.
Güney Law Firm offers comprehensive legal advisory services in national and international areas. Gülay Güney speaks fluently German, English and Turkish.
We represent the legal interests of our clients in the context of resolving national and international legal disputes companies based in Turkey are involved in.
In addition to the above-mentioned areas, Güney Law Firm offers comprehensive legal advice in national and international contract law, investment projects, corporate mergers, takeovers and changes of type, transfer of company shares and partnership agreements as well as the preparation of board and supervisory board meetings, resolutions, work and residence permits in Turkey, citizenship applications, employment law, mediation, arbitration and real estate law.
At the same time we cooperate with Gülten Derin who is registered in the Bar Association of Nuremberg.
