Real Estate Law

International Trade and Business Start-Ups
We carry out all types of negotiations regarding the rental, purchase, leasing and sale of premises in the context of starting a trade business in Turkey, drawing up contracts, procedures related to company employees, approval of work and residence permits, communication and correspondence with official institutions and organizations.
In addition, we provide legal support in the context of ordinary and extraordinary decisions of the administrative and supervisory boards, changes and adjustments to the company’s statutes, relocation of the company’s headquarters and establishment of branches, appointment or dismissal of authorized signatories,

We provide legal support during the approval process of residence and work permits in Turkey as well as the acquisition of the Turkish citizenship.
Enforcement and insolvency law
As part of the compulsory collection of debts both in Turkey and foreign countries, we ensure the seizure of all movable property, real estate of the debtor as well as the rights and claims of third parties and, if necessary, ensure their collection through legal proceedings.
International Contract Law
Upon request of our clients, we prepare delivery and transport contracts, consulting contracts, media contracts, sales partnership contracts, franchise contracts, work and construction contracts, contracts for the transfer of business files, license contracts and all types of contracts that are required in international trade and business transactions.
Commercial and Cooperate Law
We resolve legal disputes our clients are involved in the course of their business activities in Turkey out of court as part of our work as mediators. Furthermore, we represent the legal interests of our clients in legal disputes that are brought before the Turkish courts.
Medical liability law
We represent the legal interests of our clients in the context of claims for damages due to medical negligence during cosmetic and medical operations carried out in Turkey.
Criminal law
We represent the legal interests of our clients as participants in criminal proceedings filed before the Turkish courts, as well as in criminal proceedings to be filed against private individuals and companies.

We draft employment contracts for employees of companies based in Turkey and provide legal advice in the context of planned layoffs and company/branch closures. Furthermore we represent our clients in legal disputes before the Turkish labor and commercial courts.
